 I hadn't planned on shopping, but once I discovered that all ExtraCare cards were receiving BOTH a one-day-only "$3 Off $10+ Grocery" coupon and a separate three-day-only "$5 Off $15+ Purchase" coupon upon checkout using the first coupon, I figured it was time to burn some ECB and buy some snacks. After all, the "$4 Off $20+" has been great and "$5 Off $15+" is even better.

I began with 10.99ECB on Card2.

My total came to 48 cents. As all items were food, there was no additional tax.  As you can see, I mistakenly bought an ODD number of Betty Crocker Warm Delights.  I had originally put six in my cart, then decided only to buy four, since my total was in excess of $10.  I didn't realize I had bought FIVE until after unloading the bags in the car.  I wasn't expecting to need to use an ECB, so I knew something was screwy.

I began with 10.99ECB, spent 0.99ECB, and earned none. The balance on Card2 for Household2 is 10.00ECB.
