I spent all 3.00ECB and earned back 8.99ECB (7.99ECB for ReNu and 1.00ECB for the fourth use of the cloth bag). So, even with the high OOP actual cash, I did come out ahead, spending the equivalent of 8.10 ($5.10 + 3.00ECB) and ending with 8.99ECB, making the transaction an 89-cent money-maker
