Yup, it's been another slow CVS week, but I noticed a free book offer when buying three BandAid items. Since those are on ECB special for the week, I popped into CVS and made a quick purchase. I will mail off the receipt and have a 2011 XMAS present for a little one. I began with 5.00ECB on Card1

Surprisingly, the balance went negative ( - $0.02) rather than hearing a register BEEP for using an ECB in excess of the amount purchased, but with $0.41 in local tax, the total amount paid was $0.39. I spent all 5.00ECB, but earned back 4.00ECB for the BandAids.
