The paltry deals have kept me away from from CVS for the better part of three weeks. Pitiful deals all throughout the store. I began with 7.99ECB on Card1.

The balance came to $0.80, plus an additional $0.31 in local tax, for a grand total of $1.11. I began with 7.99ECB, spent 3.99ECB, and earned 3.79ECB (for Colgate). Card1 now has a balance of 7.79ECB.
On a positive note, I found two bottles of expired Coppertone (2009! and 2010!). The cashier issued me TWO $2.00 Courtesy Coupons. (Since it was the same product, I was only entitled to one, but by the time I noticed what he was doing, the second one was printing.) That helps make up a bit for the lousy-ness that has become CVS in 2011.
