The balance came to $1.17, with $0.63 in local tax, for a grand total of $1.80.  I spent 1.00ECB and earned 0.99ECB (for Theraflu).  In addition, I found three expired items (Colgate Wisp from October 2010 --- there were at least 30 of them).  Yet again, the store did not know how to issue the CA-mandated $2 Off Courtesy Coupon, so the cashier issued a 6.00ECB instead.
