The balance came to $1.99, plus an additional $1.81 in local tax, for a grand total of $3.80.  I spent all 14.99ECB and earned 12.99ECB (7.99ECB for Blink and 5.00ECB for OralB). In addition, I found 6 bottles of children's sunscreen which had expired (some as long ago as September 2009 !!!).  In lieu of getting the "$2 OFF Courtesy Coupon", the cashier simply issued a 2.00ECB.  Card3 now has a balance of 14.99ECB.
