I began with 3.00ECB on Card1.  Upon arrival at the store, however, I scanned my ExtraCare card and received a 5.00ECB for having completed $50 in "beauty purchases" last week.  So I began shopping with 8.00ECB.

In addition I found yet another expired bottle of Coppertone sunscreen (03-11), so I replaced the courtesy coupon I used with a brand new one.
