I began with 7.00ECB and decided to close out Card1 (for awhile at least....)

The total came to 70 cents, plus an additional 27 cents in local tax, making a grand total of 97 cents. I spent all 7.00ECB and earned NONE. Card1 earns a well-deserved rest from the usage rotation. November deals seem to be tax-heavy, with few ECB promotions that won't generate oodles of tax. Plus, with few X/XX coupons being generated, it's been hard to generate a decent return on investment.
